Jenny at the front desk gave us a great recommendation to eat at Punta Cana on our first night and it was delicious with a super attentive and charming staff. The staff was really nice and always seemed happy to help. Decent stay for a low rate, stars are mostly for the price and because our stay was so short. With bilingual staff members and a lavish smoking area, I don't think any guest would have trouble finding what they needed at this resort. The general atmosphere of the resort was fantastic, each guest is fully accommodated. They helped guests to the dining area and made sure that there were enough tables for everyone to enjoy their breakfast. The beds are super comfy.īreakfast was great, it was a standard continental breakfast, but the staff was wonderful.

And it was great to have a Keurig machine as opposed to the typical one pot coffee maker. When I entered my room, the room was spotless, and the linens were very nice, definitely a lot of extra towels. Every question I had was answered with a smile, and they made sure I was familiar with all the amenities of the property. Upon check in, the staff is welcoming and accommodating. It even has the amenity of rafts to use while you swim. There are games, toys and a fabulous playground. The first thing that draw me to this property was the sheer amount of entertainment at this property for my small child. This resort was wonderful! One of the best stays I have ever had in the Orlando area.
